Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the products, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or cancellations unless I cannot complete your order within the given timeframe due to reasons such as illness, personal reasons etc. Please also note the creation time before ordering.

Please note that I spend hours creating each set and take pride in my work. I am not responsible for any sizing issues or if any information on my site has been overlooked.

Any returned orders will not be refunded as every item is custom and unable to be resold. If your order is returned (such as an 'unclaimed' item), re-delivery will be arranged.

However, please do feel free to contact me if you have any issues with your order as it is important to me that you love your orders!
