Press on nails:
How do I know the size that I need?
You can refer to our Sizing Guide/Kit. It is highly recommended to order a Sizing Kit since each nail style has slightly different sizing, thus a Sizing Kit will provide accurate sizing and a perfect fit. Designsbynads is not liable for any sizing issues.
How long do your press on nails stay on?
This depends on how well you prepare your natural nails before application, how rough you are on your hands and the choice of adhesive. You can use nail tabs that can last from a few hours to a few days. You can use nail glue that can last up to 2 weeks. We include detailed instructions with each order.
What is included in a typical Press on nail set?
The chosen nail set is included along with instructions, nail file/buffer, glue and a sheet of 12 adhesive glue tabs.
How many nails come in each set?
All sets come with 10 nails in the size you select. If you would like more, please contact us through email (designsbynads@gmail.com) or Instagram DM.
Are the nails reusable?
Yes. With nail tabs you can just peel the tab off and reuse the nail. However, with nail glue there may be a build up of glue. You can file this off with a mini file or an inexpensive electric nail to gently buff away built up glue on the back of the nail to give you more wears.
What if the nails I purchased don't fit?
As noted on the Returns Policy, we are not able to accept returns due to the nature of our products. We are not responsible for any sizing issues. We have a sizing guide and sizing kit to find the perfect fit.
Do you offer Custom Designs?
Yes! Please send us an idea or picture via our Contact us page or Instagram and we can discuss the design further. Please note we may suggest a twist on design to make it more suitable for press on nails or the specific nail style you prefer.
Can I make changes to a design?
If you prefer a different colour or small changes please add into the 'Notes to Seller Option' when ordering. For bigger changes please Contact Us first before ordering to ensure it is possible, provide approval or a custom order invoice.
Shipping:
How long will it take to ship my order?
Please note creation time is between 1-21 days depending on our volume. Each set is hand-made and can take time to create. However, we try our best to get your orders completed as soon as possible and keep you updated along the way!
Below are estimated delivery timescales once dispatched:
Royal Mail signed for 1st Class UK: 1-2 business days
International Tracked: 3-7 business days
International Standard: 14-21 business days

Designsbynads is not held responsible for shipping delays or delays caused by customs, and by placing an order you are accepting these terms.
What do I do if I have received my order yet?
If you have received a despatch email and have waited the full estimated shipping timescale, please contact your local sorting office as oftentimes the parcel will be waiting there but the mail provider did not provide a card.
If your tracking has not updated or you have an enquiry about the latest tracking message please contact the mail carrier who will be able to check the GPS and assist you, and if necessary they can open a 'find my parcel' enquiry within the network.
For international orders please allow 32 business days from dispatch before contacting me regarding a despatched order, as this is the absolute earliest I can request for Royal Mail to open an enquiry with your local mail carrier.
I must be informed of delayed items within 35 business days since you were sent your dispatch email.
Do you accept cancellations, returns or exchanges?
We gladly accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. However, after this period all sales are final and the customer has agreed to wait the period it takes to complete the order. Please refer to our Returns Policy and kindly note that Designsbynads is not responsible for any sizing issues.
